I have a creative side to me however; it does not involve jewelry making, modpodge or felt. My creative side involves taking foods that are traditionally used for one dish and evolve them into something different. For example, many here in Rhode Island use coffee syrup to make coffee milk, whereas, I will use it in making pulled pork and coffee cake. So, you give me frozen tortellini, I make two different soups.
On one soup, I utilize pesto and kale to make a kicked-up Pesto & Baby Kale Cheese Tortellini Vegetarian Soup.
For the other tortellini soup, I go straight for the veggie crisper (or garden in the summer) and make a nice Speedy Vegetarian Cheese Tortellini Soup.
